2010 Vendors

Thank you for your interest in the Vendor Program for the Femme2010: No Restrictions Conference, taking place August 20th-22nd at the Oakland Marriot City Center in Oakland, California! Our Vendor Program will allow a space for local and national queer and/or queer-friendly sellers to promote their goods to a committed audience of femmes and their allies. By participating as a vendor, you will have an opportunity to sell merchandise, promote your business, and make connections with other business owners and crafters all while supporting queer, femme community.

Please read more about the program below and then fill out the Vendor Registration Form at the bottom of this page. Space is limited, so please register and claim your spot today!

Table Availability

The Oakland Marriot City Center is providing 6-foot tables for our vendors. Recognizing that your wares may range in size and number, we’re offering full tables or the option of half tables (3-feet of space) shared with another vendor. Outside, vendor-owned tables are not permitted by the hotel.

Pricing

3 days vending: $100 for full table; $80 for half

2 days vending: $75 for full table; $55 for half

1 day vending: $50 for full; $30 for half

These prices include space for one person behind each table. To add one additional person to your table, please expect to include an additional $10 (half table) or $15 (full table) to help us cover the cost of table and chair rentals from the hotel. Please note that the maximum number of vendors per business at each table is 2.

We are not asking for a percentage of your sales in addition to the table prices. What you make during the conference is yours to keep!

Times

To ensure maximum visibility for your table, as well as a location in the hotel that receives high-traffic from conference attendees, we will work to provide you with an ideal time slot on your chosen date(s) of participation. Because programming is still underway, we will contact you in the coming weeks about what time you should arrive at the hotel. We require a 3-hour minimum commitment at which time you or someone associated with your business must be behind your table. Vendors have the option to stay only for the 3 hours or through the conference’s daytime events and workshops. You may still select the specific date(s) below that you wish to attend.

Contract


By registering as a vendor and submitting payment, you are agreeing to the terms and information on this page, which will stand as a contract between yourself and the conference.
